Decisions Made

  • We will transition down to 25 to 30 hours/week of custodial time as the busy season winds down.
  • FEED Operations Committee will serve as implementation group for the grant, rather than form a new committee, delegating to Marketing group, as needed.
  • We will ask for a change in the budget to replace the 20 hour/week business support specialist with a 10 hour/week processing coordination and a 10 hour/week billing (office) assistant

  • Schedule an end-of-season wrap-up session for food cart owners—Adam
  • Invite board to tour guide training on Oct. 12, 7 pm—Abha
  • Explore options for Brent to get Quickbooks training—Karin
  • Send written warning to Sami—Abha
  • Deliver 30 pumpkins for Harvest Event—Adam
  • Deliver 50 pumpkins, straw, hay bales and corn stalks—Dale
  • Put up cones and tape off section of parking lot to reserve space for tent Th am—Adam
  • Deliver posters and pick-up flyers to Northside businesses, community centers, schools and churches—Terrie and Chris
  • Create a fillable pdf online for contact info for applications—Abha
  • Revise handbook to include all policy and finalize contract for vote next week—Abha
  • Meet to prepare for Food Policy Council Meeting 4pm 10/7—Abha, Terrie and Chris
